Each new customer is entitled to apply the special offer only once for one treatment package. Customers may choose and change their selected New Customer Package once upon attending their scheduled consultation.

New customers who come for consultation without prior registration for this program will not be eligible for the special promotion.

Treatment packages cannot be split, and unused services within a package are non-refundable.
